Our Old '93 Blend is our rendition of the oldest coffee blend in recorded history. Moka Java combines two intense and flavorful opposites to create a homogenous blend with Ethiopian and Sumatran coffees. Our medium roast Moka Java features an intense berrylike acidity from the Ethiopian coffee that blends well with the Sumatran variety to round out with a smooth and earthy body.
The Story
The name "Old '93" represents the year of our inception as PT's coffee. We opened our doors in February of 1993, and have since taken our passion to a new level, expanding to roasting and sourcing some of the best coffees in the world.
