The Wonders of Geisha gift box will roast on Monday, March 12. If you would like to receive another coffee prior to the scheduled roast date, please place a separate order.
The Wonders of Geisha Gift Box, highlights the two best coffees from Panama in 2011. These two coffees were only separated by 1/2 point in the SCAP Best of Panama competition and represent two of the best coffee farms in the world.
We will roast both of their coffees to the peak of perfection and have created a signature gift box, to memorialize their dedication and hard work.
This set includes: 1 - 8 oz. bag of Finca La Valentina Aristar Agririo Geisha, 1 - 8 oz. bag of Hacienda La Esmeralda Montaña Geisha, 2 - informational inserts about each farm, and are packaged in a limited edition Wood Burned PT's Hardwood Box.
  
FINCA LA VALENTINA GEISHA
During the 2011 Best of Panama competition in May, we met with Benjamin Osorio. He had just accepted the award for winning the enitire competition with his coffee "Geisha Aristar Agririo." We agreed to meet again later that week over a cup of coffee.
This is the first coffee from what we hope to be a long relationship between the Osorio and PT's families.
HACIENDA LA ESMERALDA MONTAÑA
After the excitment surrounding the 2011 Hacienda La Esmeralda Auction finished, and all of the bids were in, we were proud to announce that we received one of the Montaña lots. This is the first year that Hacienda La Esmeralda made the Montaña lots available, and they represent the highest grown micro-lots on the farm. Montaña received the highest price at the 2011 Esmeralda Auction.
