Beehouse Ceramic Coffee Dripper
These coffee drippers have an opening at the base to let you check the water level of the pot below without removing the dripper. The large dripper is designed to hold enough ground coffee to make 2-4 cups. It will fit on top of a mug that is between 3 inches to 3-1/2 inches in diameter.
We prefer the design of these pour over drippers when compared to others. The unique design has two drip holes at the base which allow ideal extraction, not too fast or too slow. They are not only easy to use but easy to clean.
Our ideal pour over brew with the Large #2 Dripper is using 30 grams of coffee ground to a Auto-Drip grind dialed in to a slightly coarse setting. After pre-wetting the filter, use roughly 13.65 ounces of water fresh off the boil. Pour the bloom, or pre-wet the grounds and wait for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds has passed, pour the remainder of the water in the dripper in a tight circular motion in the center, avoiding the edge. Maintain the bloom throughout the pour. Your kettle should be empty after about 1:30 to 1:45 mins.
